Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Puerto Rico seeks a full-time Food Server to assist the Food Server with delivery of food from the kitchen and to complete guest requests. You will ensure timely and accurate service while maintaining Four Seasons standards.

You should have at least one year of food and beverage service experience, the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, and proficient English and Spanish communication. Competitive benefits included.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.

About the role:

Serve guest needs byassistingthe Food Server with delivery of food fromkitchenand completing guest requests.

What you will do:

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. (30%)
• Assistin clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens,china,glassand silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. (15%)
• Anticipate guest needs,ascertainsatisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.(15%)
• Assistin stocking linens,china, glass, silver, and food items for service;assistin preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.(10%)
• Assistin the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.(10%)
