Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our restaurant team at Maverick's Roadhouse. Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required to ensure guests receive meals promptly and enjoy top-notch service.

You will work closely with Food Servers to deliver a seamless dining experience, handling meal delivery and assisting with service while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have open availability to work afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Food Handler's certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
• Assist Food Servers in serving guests, maintaining a smooth workflow.
