Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• On-the-job training or related work experience is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Assist FOH and BOH with general duties to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Run food orders from kitchen to tables, bars, and guests.
• Maintain clean, well-organized server expo and cold stations.
• Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest needs.
• Adhere to all state and corporate liquor regulations.
• Collect and report tips accurately at shift end.
• Maintain sanitary, safe, and neat service areas and personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
