Job summary

The primary responsibility of the food runner is to expedite all food orders taken by the bartenders and food servers to the guest quickly. Thefood runneris responsible for maintaining a genuine, cheerful demeanor while representing the Gordon Ramsay brand positively at all times.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Serve food in a timely manner.
• Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests.
• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
• Describe in detail the preparation methods and ingredients of all the menu items.
• Carry multiple dishes (up to 3 at one time) in one hand without tray service.

• Refresh flatware after each course or upon guest request.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station.
• Ensure work area/station is clean and stocked at all times.
• Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.

What You Will Need
