The primary responsibility of the food runner is to expedite all food orders taken by the bartenders and food servers to the guest quickly. The food runner is responsible for maintaining a genuine, cheerful demeanor while representing the brand positively at all times.

Responsibilities

• Serve food in a timely manner.
• Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests.
• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
• Describe in detail the preparation methods and ingredients of all the menu items.
• Carry multiple dishes (up to 3 at one time) in one hand without tray service. Passionately informs guests about Gordon Ramsay, his history, and current business endeavors
• Refresh flatware after each course or upon guest request.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station.
• Ensure work area/station is clean and stocked at all times.
• Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting a minimun of 20lbs repeatedly
• Shifts may vary based on buissness needs.
• Must be ble to handle intoxicated guest in a professional manner.
• Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
