Job summary

Agua Caliente Palm Springs - Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Server to provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to our casino and hotel guests.

Responsibilities include knowing the menu, specials, and beverage/wine lists; maintaining station cleanliness; assisting teammates; handling receipts; and ensuring compliance with company standards and internal controls. Some positions may rotate to different F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Restaurant & 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Provide excellent guest service. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
