Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos Rancho Mirage is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage support role to assist servers and deliver food to guests. You will help clean and reset tables and maintain service areas in a dynamic casino environment.

The position requires a High school diploma or GED (preferred) and about six months of related experience. Ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in all food/beverage areas is needed; on-site work with flexible hours offered.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

• Delivers food to the guests Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
• Assists in side work and maintains all side stations.
• Stocks service areas of the food and beverage departments.
• Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.
• Refills ice wells as needed.
• Keeps a clean and orderly work area.
• May be required to work in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time. Also, may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will elevate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
