Job summary

Martin Restaurants Inc is seeking an energetic server to deliver orders from the kitchen to tables with speed and accuracy. You will verify presentation and accuracy, relay orders with attention to allergies, and act as a liaison between front and back of house staff.

Responsibilities include setting tables, clearing dishes, assisting bartenders, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• Verify order accuracy and food presentation before leaving the kitchen window.
• Communicate food orders, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies).
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.
• Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables during and after service.
• Assist bartenders by refilling water, delivering condiments, and resetting tables.
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
