Job summary

Collared Martin Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide attentive and efficient service in a fast-paced setting. You will work with staff to ensure prompt, seamless service and strong kitchen communication, with menu knowledge and attentiveness.

The role requires knowledge of menu items, excellent communication, and a focus on top-tier service. Training for ServSafe Alcohol and Allergy awareness is provided.

Qualifications

• Follow all responsible alcohol practices; card guests who appear under 40; never serve intoxicated guests.
• Lift up to 20 lbs and stand up to 8 hours per shift.
• Basic understanding of English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Master of time management.
• Must have intimate knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including allergies.
• ServSafe Alcohol and Food Allergen or equivalent; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and make recommendations when needed.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies.
• Develop positive working relationships with teammates to reach common goals.
• Alert management to any issues at a table and communicate with kitchen staff.
