Job summary

Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is seeking a Food Runner to support our dining team. You will deliver meals and beverages, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, organized service area in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences. Prior restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, and liquor service Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; upscale restaurant/hotel experience preferred.
• Liquor, wine, and food service certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, addressing them by name when possible.
• Assist servers with presenting menus, answering questions, and suggesting items.
• Prepare baskets with condiments and sides; ensure orders are accurate and presentable.
