Hook & Ladder Restaurant and Skybar in Conshohocken is hiring a Food Runner to support our upscale dining team. Quickly clear tables, reset settings, deliver meals, keep stations stocked, and greet guests with a friendly demeanor.

We value a winning smile, service mindset, and at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to grow within Concord managed hotels.

Qualifications

• One year of fast casual dining or customer service experience.
• Must love working with people and bring a service-minded attitude.
• Willingness to work across shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and prepare tables for resetting.
• Reset tables promptly with clean flatware and linens.
• Deliver prepared food and drinks to guests.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations during all meal periods.
• Greet guests in a pleasant, courteous manner and replenish beverages and bread.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products.
• Fold napkins for all meal periods and restock condiments as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor.
