Job summary

SongTeller Hotel in Nashville seeks a friendly Food Runner to join Jolene’s Food Runner station and help open our newest Dolly Parton-inspired venue. You will deliver food from kitchen to guests, follow service steps, and support teammates in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain Food Handler certification
Must be at least 18 years old
Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred
Must pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

Checks with Manager for daily objectives
Assist service and kitchen team by bringing complete food orders from the kitchen to the dining room. Serve food to the guests following the trained guidelines.
Open and Close Food Runner station efficiently
Clears and resets tables as needed
Provide excellent dining experiences for our guests through proper steps of service
Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management
Participates in daily line ups
Practices service standards and current training throughout service
