Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Card within training period.
• Must obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within training period.
• Weekend availability required.
• Prior experience in fast-paced restaurant or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run food to tables and bus tables, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate orders and run food window/expo for the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation as required.
• Answer guests' questions about food items, beers, and retail offerings.
• Know the basics of our beers and brewing process.
• Proactively improve guest experience and alert a manager to any issues.
• Presentable, organized, and ready to clock in on time.
• Work as a team with staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Treat every guest with care; assist teammates as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
