Canyon Ranch Austin is hiring a Food Runner to support the dining experience in a luxury hospitality setting. You will deliver food quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation, serving as a vital connection between culinary and service teams.

We welcome enthusiastic professionals for part-time and full-time roles with flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires physical activity and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Part-time and full-time positions with flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• 3–12 months restaurant experience preferred (non fast food).
• Regular lifting up to 40 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly with presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow dietary restrictions, allergies and special requests with care.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and supporting servers.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and running areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties including setup, breakdown and restocking.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

The Food Runner at Canyon Ranch Austin is responsible for supporting the dining experience by delivering food orders quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation from the kitchen to guests. This role serves as a vital connection between the culinary and service teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient service and a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests are followed with careful attention to detail.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and supporting servers as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and food running areas.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67/hour.

The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
