Job summary

Camelback Resort, PA is seeking a Food Runner who will ensure exceptional guest experiences through timely and accurate food deliveries. Key responsibilities include verifying orders, assisting servers, and maintaining food safety standards. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, be at least 14 years old, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Must speak and read English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30-40 lbs.

The Food Runnermaintainsexceptional guest experiences by delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in an efficient,accurate, andtimelymanner.

Key Responsibilities

• Verifyeach guest receives the correct order.
• Assistservers with guest requests.
• Act as the point of contact between the Front of the House and Back of the House.
• Ensurefood is servedin accordance withfood safety standards.
• Personalize guest interactions to create memorable experiences.
• Answer guest questionsregardingthe menu and/or resort.
• Stay informed on menu changes and substitutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Support team members inmaintaininga clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
