Job summary

Camelback Resort, PA is seeking a Food Runner who will ensure exceptional guest experiences through timely and accurate food deliveries. Key responsibilities include verifying orders, assisting servers, and maintaining food safety standards. Qualifications

  • Must speak and read English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30-40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Verify each guest receives the correct order.
  • Assist servers with guest requests.
  • Act as point of contact between Front and Back of House.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met.

The Food Runnermaintainsexceptional guest experiences by delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in an efficient,accurate, andtimelymanner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verifyeach guest receives the correct order.
  • Assistservers with guest requests.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Front of the House and Back of the House.
  • Ensurefood is servedin accordance withfood safety standards.
  • Personalize guest interactions to create memorable experiences.
  • Answer guest questionsregardingthe menu and/or resort.
  • Stay informed on menu changes and substitutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety procedures.
  • Support team members inmaintaininga clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be at least 14 years of age or older to apply.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
