Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is hiring Food Runners to join our team at ZZ's Club in Miami, FL. The position supports service for a private membership venue known for exceptional dining and guest experience.

Responsibilities include delivering food, articulating menu items to guests, maintaining table setups, and assisting the FOH team. Requires upscale restaurant experience and strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Understands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guests
• Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service
• Ensure expo and service station areas are organized and maintained
• Maintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of meal
• Assists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned
