Job summary

Bayshore Club in Coconut Grove is seeking friendly Servers to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and guide them through the menu while ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be comfortable with nights and weekends, have strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of liquor and wine basics. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills and friendly demeanor required.
• Attention to detail and ability to memorize menu items.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation rules is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders and input them accurately.
• Make menu recommendations to guests.
• Communicate allergies or dietary needs to kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate order completion and quality.
• Provide attentive service and refill drinks as needed.

• Assist with station cleanliness and dining area upkeep.

Bayshore Club is currently searching for talented Servers to join our exceptional team in our beautiful venue near the marina in Coconut Grove!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
• Making menu item recommendations
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
• Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
• Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
• Promptly addressing any guests' issues and referring to management if and when necessary
• Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area

Skills & Qualifications

• No more than 3 jobs in 5 years
• Must have 2-year minimum full time in server position.
• Need a solid understanding of liquor - beer and wines
