Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

• Order Delivery: Expedite and deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and presentable manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet presentation standards.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests professionally and warmly, answering basic questions about the menu and addressing any immediate needs.
• Table Maintenance: Assist in keeping the dining area and service stations organized, clean, and stocked. Remove used dishes and refresh table settings quickly.
• Support Team Operations: Act as a liaison between the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate order timing, support servers during peak times, and maintain an efficient service flow.
• Quality Control: Perform final checks on food items before they reach guests, ensuring all specifications, modifications, and presentation requirements are met.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Follow health and safety regulations in all tasks, keeping high cleanliness standards in all work areas.
