Job summary

STK Las Vegas is seeking a Food Runner to support our kitchen and service teams, delivering meals quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented. You will help maintain a smooth flow from kitchen to guests and ensure high standards of hospitality in a vibrant dining environment.

Responsibilities include knowing the menu, assisting servers, maintaining a clean station, and following health and sanitation regulations. Nights, weekends and holidays availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and team-player mentality.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering food promptly and correctly.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 20 lbs, and carry large trays.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency for communication.

• Ensure food is prepared and delivered according to THE ONE GROUP’s quality standards
• Possess full menu knowledge and confidently describe dishes to guests
• Maintain awareness of table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans for efficient service
• Follow proper service procedures when delivering food, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Offer condiments and accompaniments (pepper, cheese, etc.) when appropriate
• Communicate seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Assist servers and bussers with guest requests and overall service needs
• Always maintain a clean and organized service area
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness
• Be available to assist in restaurant setup, cleaning, and general service tasks as directed by management

What You’ll Do
