We cook from scratch in a 6,200 sq. ft. timber‑frame building in Ford City — fireplace, sports bar, one of the biggest tap lists in the valley, and a dining room that fills up. Your Role:

• You're the last hands on the plate before a guest sees it — moving food fast, to the right person, and keeping the floor moving through the rush.
• Run food from the window to the table — hot, complete, and to the right seat.
• Learn table and seat numbers cold. Auctioning plates slows the whole floor down.
• Check plates on the way out: right dish, right sides, right temperature.
• Drop condiments, silverware, and refills without being asked.
• Clear and reset tables, and back up servers and expo wherever the night needs it.

What we're looking for:

• You move with purpose and don't need to be told twice.
• Friendly and presentable — guests see you.
• Reliable and punctual, and able to keep up when the room is full.
• No experience necessary; we'll train you.
• Evenings and weekends, reliable transportation, legal working age.
