Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia and Maryland is seeking a Food Runner to help deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role focuses on hospitality, timely delivery of food, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure quality as dishes leave the kitchen.

The Food Runner will follow recipes and presentation guidelines, maintain strong menu knowledge, and contribute to a high-volume, guest-focused environment. Pay starts at $18+ per hour with benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our guests
• Delivering all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
• Providing support for kitchen operations and being the final set of eyes on food as it leaves the kitchen
• Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest’s expectations
• Having outstanding menu knowledge

Our Food Runners are dedicated professionals who work as a team to bring our amazing food from the grill to the guests and provide them with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience!

Food Runners earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our guests
