Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia and Maryland is seeking a Host to welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused team, greeting guests as they arrive and guiding them through the front of the house.

This role offers paid training, health insurance eligibility, and growth opportunities as you help manage reservations, answer calls, and keep waitlists accurate in a high-volume setting.

Hosts earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
