Job summary

Triple T Hospitality Group's Tommy’s Tavern + Tap is seeking a Food Runner to support a fast-paced dining team and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the floor is guest-ready.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to service standards, with weekend and evening availability preferred.

As a Food Runner at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front‑of‑house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest‑ready.

Requirements

• Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.


• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately.


• Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards.


• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.


• Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas.
