Job summary

Cragun's Resort in Brainerd, MN is seeking an energetic Food Runner to support our busy dining team. You’ll refill beverages, clear plates, deliver food promptly, and help teammates during peak hours with a friendly, can-do attitude.

No experience is required beyond enthusiasm; must be 16 or older and able to stand for long periods. We offer starting pay of $14–$15 per hour plus tips, dining discounts, and other perks at our resort properties.

Qualifications

• Position will work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Attention to detail and clear communication for guest experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
• Multitasker who can keep pace with the team while remaining friendly.
• Desire to learn and grow with teammates and managers.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but enthusiasm matters most.

• Assisting servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and resetting tables, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Delivering food to guests promptly and accurately, always with a warm and positive attitude.
• Supporting your teammates during busy times to maintain a friendly and efficient atmosphere.
• Providing attentive and caring service to everyone—both guests and coworkers.

Requirements
