REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with servers and the kitchen line to ensure accurate and proper timing of food delivery, ensuring that each guest receives their meal promptly.

Collaborate with servers to understand the timing and order of food service.

Retrieve prepared food from the kitchen and verify accuracy and presentation before delivering it to the appropriate tables.

Ensure that each dish is presented according to the established standards and guidelines.

Review and address any special requests or modifications made by customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Provide support to the serving staff as needed, such as refilling water glasses or clearing empty plates from tables.

Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to the appropriate staff members.

Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.

Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism, attentiveness, and teamwork.

Requirements:
