Position Summary
- Carry completed plates and dishes from the kitchen to appropriate guest tables.
- Ensure guests have all the necessary service ware for their meal.
- Use proper drop‑off procedure and deliver food to the guest seated at the table.
- Inform the guest of any hot plates to ensure safety.
- Confirm the table received the correct order and replenish missing items.
- Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to protect customer and team health.
- Clear and sanitize tables for the next party.
- Maintain and restock service areas, restrooms, and expo areas.
- Keep the dining room and guest areas clean and tidy.
Essential Physical Functions
- Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours per day.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 lb.
- Stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, carry, manipulate, and key in data frequently.
- Work in both warm and cool indoor and outdoor environments.
- Tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
- Tolerate potential allergens (peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy).
- Report to work in required uniform.
- Maintain a well‑manicured appearance that reflects the restaurant’s image.
- Meet personal schedule requirements punctually.
