Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage items quickly, accurately, and professionally from the kitchen to guests.
• Confirm plate presentation, modifiers, and table numbers before leaving the pass.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and culinary teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with table maintenance, pre‑bussing, resetting, and cleanliness standards.
• Support side work including stocking service stations, polishing silverware, and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo line and dining support areas.
• Anticipate guest and team needs to create an effortless dining experience.
• Uphold Renaissance standards by creating a polished, engaging, and elevated atmosphere.
