Specialty Cheese Company, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Regulatory Specialist responsible for updating product and ingredient documentation, handling customer documentation requests, and supporting change management and audit preparation.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will coordinate with QA, production, and vendors to ensure FDA FSMA compliance, manage specifications, COAs, and traceability in TraceGains and your ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Continuing education workshops/seminars required before or during employment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply food safety systems (HACCP, SQF, GMPs, Sanitation, SOPs, SSOPs, Preventive Controls).
• Fulfill customer documentation requests and packets.
• Update product specifications, nutritionals, and product-specific documentation.
• Upload and navigate product/customer data in TraceGains.
• Navigate and update information in ERP systems.
• Create and update COAs as needed.
• Support and lead change management as needed.
• Update documentation with industry changes.
• Collaborate with vendors on up-to-date ingredient documentation.
• Assist with ingredient receipt documentation and shipping/receiving coordination.
• Assist in new ingredient approvals.
• Assist with customer complaints.
