Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Quality Technician at the Kemper Location in Cincinnati, OH. Openings are on 1st and 2nd shift. You will inspect products, ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, and document findings to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or production quality is preferred.
• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
• Willingness to work on production floor and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products throughout the production process
• Check weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging and labels
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team
• Review production paperwork for accuracy
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
• Work closely with production employees to maintain product consistency
