Job summary

Ditsch USA at the Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking Quality Control Technicians to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance on the production floor.

Openings on 1st and 2nd shifts; 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed. Pay is $22–$24/hour with benefits and 401(k). Training and growth opportunities available in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or quality control is preferred.
• Ability to follow established procedures and complete documentation accurately.
• Willingness to be active on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products throughout the production process
• Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team
• Review production paperwork for accuracy
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility

Ditsch USA is looking for Quality Control Technicians to join our team at the Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH. Openings are available on 1st shift and 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with food manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, inspection, or quality experience who enjoys staying active, following processes, and helping ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.

Pay:

$22 - $24/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do
