Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. in Cambria, Wisconsin is seeking a Food Quality Technician to ensure product safety and quality. You will perform routine testing, record data, and maintain a clean, food-safe environment on a fast-paced production line.

We offer 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM shifts, a $3.00/hour night shift premium, and 40 hours of extra PTO annually for night shift team members. Training provided with opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Available Schedules:
  • 6AM–6PM | 2-2-3
  • 6PM–6AM | 4 days on / 4 days off
• Location: Cambria, WI
• Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour and Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

What You Bring

• A strong work history and proven reliability.
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

  (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
