Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. Topeka plant seeks a quality auditor to monitor and audit the product manufacturing process, ensuring conformance to recipes and customer specs.

The role performs product and label audits, evaluates materials and finished goods, collects samples for lab analysis, and reports deviations to QA management. You will work in a refrigerated facility with safety as a priority and strive to maintain consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Basic PC skills required.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors food manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.
• Audits product mixes and final batches for correct ingredient levels and adherence to recipes.
• Evaluates raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using identification tools and processes.
• Audits product labeling for compliance with specifications.
• Audits net weights and finished product temperatures.
• Inspects product texture and consistency.
• Obtains samples from each mix for laboratory analysis.
• Reports deviations to production and QA management for resolution.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
