Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to maintain all QA aspects for safe, exceptional operation in the plant. The role includes auditing products, raw materials, and ingredients for quality and allergen checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

The position focuses on HACCP documentation, adherence to standard work processes, and collaboration with QA Supervisors and plant teams to improve process performance and attendance reliability.

Qualifications

• Meat protein processing and quality control knowledge required.
• Ability to apply QA SOPs to maintain safety and quality.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Audit products for quality and safety before customer shipment.
• Audit incoming raw materials for supplier specs, quality, and food safety.
• Review ingredients for allergen checks and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and sanitary plant conditions, including allergen control and pest control.
