Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the QA program, supervise staff, and ensure food safety across operations in Missouri. You will coordinate audits, enforce GMP and HACCP standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to protect product integrity.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and adherence to SQF standards in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in quality control within foodservice industry.
• Quality control experience with regulatory compliance laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Direct and manage a quality assurance program.
• Lead monthly self-audits for GMP, HACCP and company food safety policies.
• Maintain and update SQF program to stay compliant with latest standards.
• Support regulatory compliance with state and federal food safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
