Gate Gourmet in Chantilly, VA is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a team of 30+ hourly staff in a high-volume food production environment.

You will oversee quality, safety, HACCP compliance, cost controls, and adherence to FDA regulations while partnering with management to optimize performance and labor efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, ServSafe certification, and the ability to train staff and prepare reports.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Work Experience: 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume food production/manufacturing or related field.
• Technical Skills: strong leadership, ability to manage 30+ hourly employees, ServSafe certification preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Language/communication: English and Spanish/Chinese Mandarin/Vietnamese/Hindi/Polish knowledge a plus.

• Trains and monitors employees on proper work procedures to maximize productivity.
