Job summary

Creamland Dairy is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to test and inspect dairy products throughout production. You will calibrate lab equipment, perform sampling, and compile data to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Daily duties include data entry, record keeping, and reporting results to the supervisor, while upholding GMP and safety requirements. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced dairy production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in food manufacturing, lab, QA, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of QA/lab experience preferred.
• Certification/licensure may be required during employment (e.g., Better Processing Certificate).

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect products at various stages of batching and production.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instrumentation as directed.
• Test incoming/outgoing products for compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports of results and maintain lab records.
• Enter data into computer systems and document according to SOPs.
• Maintain GMP and DFA safety practices and sanitary standards.
