gategroup is seeking a motivated individual to oversee HACCP logs in the Hot Foods Production unit in Seattle. You will ensure logs are completed per policy and that FDA processes are followed, supporting audits and compliance.

Responsibilities include temperature checks, hygiene monitoring, and timely communication of deviations to the production manager. Strong attention to detail and customer service experience are valued.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent with related discipline experience.
• In-Flight catering experience is highly desired.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• ServSafe training and certification required once hired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HACCP logs in Hot Foods Production and ensure completion per policy.
• Ensure FDA processes are followed and audits are supported.
• Conduct temperature checks and monitor food safety standards.
• Maintain log books, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Communicate deviations to production management immediately.
• Support internal and government audits to meet compliance.
