You will oversee audits, supplier claims, and SQF compliance while coordinating with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires HACCP training, knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced food packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5 years of quality management experience in production.
• HACCP training per SQF Code.
• Knowledge of quality tools: Pareto, Gauge R&R, PFMEA, SPC, Histograms.

Responsibilities

• Review quality and production data to assess product quality and isolate issues.
• Maintain SPC data, interpret results, and troubleshoot problems.
• Oversee SQF, HACCP, safety programs and training on site.
• Lead internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Generate monthly reports on quality, SQF progress, and audits.
