Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality and Food Safety System, ensuring HACCP compliance and readiness for audits. The role directs corrective actions, data-driven quality improvements, and liaison activities with customers on quality issues.

The candidate will oversee QA programs, coordinate internal and third-party audits, and maintain a robust sanitation and regulatory framework across the facility and storage areas, with focus on food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for all Quality, Food Safety, and Regulatory issues.
• Develops implements and manages the Quality and Food Safety System.
• Develops, maintains and ensures compliance of a qualified HACCP program.
• Coordinates all internal, 3 rd party and regulatory audits.
• Ensures the effectiveness of the Master Sanitation and Pest Control programs for the facility and any associated food grade storage areas
• Analyzes QA data to measure, assess, and improve product quality performance.
• Communicates compliance results to operating groups, ensures timely feedback and provides technical support to operate processes at target.
• Acts as quality liaison with customers for quality related issues, complaints and corrective actions.
