Qualifications

• Experience in a food processing facility is required.
• FSQA Technician competency exam or demonstrated FSQA experience required.
• Good oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support in all aspects of the Dole quality process.
• Perform quality checks including bag seal, oxygen level, proportions, bag weight, raw materials.
• Maintain reports and system log entries.
• Complete food safety checks to meet all critical control points.
• Place and remove “Hold” statuses as required for raw, in-process, and finished goods.
• Receive and inspect raw materials to ensure policy alignment.
• Support Master pack rework as needed.
• Any and all other duties assigned by your supervisors.
• Check, master pack check, and finished goods check.
