Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Competence in QA transactions, in SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Understanding of GMPs, SSOPs, and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Review QA/HACCP paperwork used in all production departments and fill out correctly.
• Interact with management, QA, production, government officials, and 3rd party contractors.
• Perform QA tech responsibilities for routine quality checks and audits on production, the dock, and the facility.
• Develop and maintain databases as needed.
• Qualified to perform QA sampling and testing methods.
• Understand processes and methods involved in food production.
• Follow safety procedures through education, training, and PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
