Qualifications

• Knowledge of pathogens and growth characteristics in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assure food safety through HACCP compliance monitoring.
• Conduct product and process capability studies.
• Investigate the root cause of defects in raw and finished products.

Skills

Knowledge of HACCP compliance monitoring

Understanding of microbiological contaminants

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Education
