Job summary

Red Gold Tomatoes is seeking a production QA/Lab Technician to join on-site operations. You will inspect incoming materials, manage paperwork and lot traceability, and perform product testing on production lines to ensure quality and compliance with GMPs.

Responsibilities include addressing out-of-spec situations, collaborating with QA, Packaging and Production, and participating in on-the-job training for GMPs, HACCP, and lab equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• QA/Lab operations knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Observant, detail-oriented, and team player.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Incoming raw material inspection and audit for compliance with specs.
• Issue paperwork for production lines; manage flow and lot traceability.
• Line technician duties including product testing and reclamation work.
• Communicate, decide, and take corrective action for out-of-spec situations.
• Work on projects assigned by supervisor.
