Job summary

Lyons Magnus seeks a Quality Technician to support the QA lab and production lines. You will analyze product chemistry, calibrate instruments, and ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards across multiple lines.

Responsibilities include data documentation, HACCP monitoring, and cross-functional communication with production and QA teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding Lyons manufacturing capabilities.
• Ability to follow directions and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and food safety standards.
• Calibrate and use analytical equipment daily.
• Analyze product chemistry (Brix, pH, viscosity) per HACCP sheets.
• Verify line parameters and document data for traceability.
• Backfill for PQG Lead and train QA lab staff.
