HelloFresh in Abbotsford, BC, Canada is seeking a Production Team Lead to guide a team and uphold safety, GMP and quality standards. You will build a high-performing culture, coordinate production activities, and ensure timely delivery of the production plan across kitting, processing, packaging and testing tasks.

You will manage 30+ hourly staff, drive productivity improvements, train new associates, and ensure sanitation and HACCP/GMP compliance in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
• Standing for prolonged periods of time including bending, twisting and walking.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; proficient with Excel and calendar tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, supervise, and schedule production associates handling kitting, processing, packaging, testing and grading of food products.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging and consumables are in place to deliver the production plan on time and in full.
• Monitor production plan delivery and address productivity improvements on the lines.
• Communicate goals, targets and information to all associates and oversee shift coverage.
• Ensure sanitation, PPE, and safety procedures are followed and equipment is maintained.
