Job summary

HelloFresh in Calgary, AB is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor for the Factor Chinook Distribution Center. You will oversee Plating and Staging, align production plans, and ensure on-time shipping while upholding quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in production management within Food & Beverage or a fulfillment setting, strong Excel and Google Apps skills, and leadership capabilities to guide the production lines. This is a daytime shift with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related management work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience managing production within Food & Beverage / fulfillment/distribution.
• Quantitative and analytical experience – proficient with MS Excel and G-Suite Apps.
• Leadership: provide guidance and direction to production lines.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly production documents for staging and production.
• Ensure plans for Kitchen and Plating are executed and issues tracked.
• Drive customer experience through production plan attainment and ship-out time.
• Develop production cost techniques for tasks and assembly.
• Monitor plating and staging plans, start/dismissal times, and daily activities.
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping for a safe production environment.
• Use designated technology to assure quality and accuracy of shipped product.
• Review customer error calls to measure quality metrics and trends.
• Conduct daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks.
• Operate in compliance with OH&S acts and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
