MìLà is a Chinese food company seeking a Production Superintendent to lead day-to-day production operations, supervise the shift supervisors and sanitation team, and ensure staffing and scheduling align with safety and efficiency goals.

The role requires 5+ years in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with scheduling systems and SQF/BRC audits. This is a full-time on-site position in Sumner, WA with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food or production manufacturing
• Experience leading supervisors or production teams
• GMP and food-safety knowledge
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience with SQF or BRC audits

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach supervisors and sanitation team
• Create and maintain production and employee schedules
• Own daily execution of the production schedule
• Coordinate production, warehouse, and sanitation activities
• Ensure GMP and sanitation procedures are followed
• Provide visibility to ownership on staffing and operations
