Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) in Texas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for food products, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time production while promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.

You will supervise production personnel, optimize labor and equipment utilization, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, FSMA, or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service goals.
• Ensure schedules are executed efficiently to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
• Monitor performance, address downtime, bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse to ensure uninterrupted operations.
