Job summary

Fresh Mark Incorporated in Massillon, OH is hiring an Industrial Production Supervisor to lead hourly production teams in food processing. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting daily production goals.

The role is full-time, with salary in the $58,000–$62,000 range, plus weekend pay. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2–4 years’ facility experience is expected; OT/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred); 2–4 years’ experience in a food production facility.
• Combination of 2 years of education, training and/or work experience related to food production, manufacturing processes or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the safety of all employees through training, enforcement of safety rules and compliance with Fresh Mark policies.
• Drive departmental efficiencies and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and yields.
• Monitor machinery to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
• Promote teamwork and effective communications.
• Supervise hourly production associates in the manufacturing and processing of food products.
