Insight Global is seeking a Production Supervisor for a food production operation in Chaska, MN. You will oversee day-to-day production activities and employees on the assigned shift, ensuring safety, food safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer standards.

You will develop employees, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement, partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is expected.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of Production Supervisor experience in a food production environment.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production operations and oversee staff during the assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage production lines, equipment, staff, and materials to meet schedules.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, service, and productivity performance.
• Lead shift meetings, planning activities, and daily production planning.
